- Sperry Chalet is located in the west side of Glacier Park, with trail access points from Lake McDonald Lodge and Gunsight Pass Trail.
- Enjoy one of several day hike destinations from the chalet, keeping watch for wildlife such as mountain goats.
Accessible by trail only, Sperry Chalet is one of two remaining Glacier chalets, opened in 1914. The views from Sperry Chalet are worth the rigorous climb: awaiting you are two main stone buildings comprising the dining hall, kitchen, and 17 private guest rooms, encompassed by divine alpine scenery. From here enjoy panoramas which include Lake McDonald, craggy cliffs, and passing mountain goats.
