• Glacier International Airport offers access to major markets via jet on Delta and Northwest. Salt Lake City is a little over an hour's flight from Flathead Valley. Burlington Northern operates a busy rail yard in Whitefish and Amtrak's Empire Builder, which runs from Chicago to Seattle, stops in Whitefish.
