Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade
For a special way to enjoy Christmas Eve, be at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Montana on December 24th. For years, Christmas Eve at Whitefish Mountain Resort is marked by the arrival of Santa and his elves being escorted by a magnificent torchlight parade. This annual event is attended by thousands. The torchlight parade usually begins around 7:00 pm. Whitefish Mountain Resort's employees carrying the torches, join Santa and his elves as they descend down the mountain.
You can catch the best view of the torchlight parade from the Whitefish Mountain Resort's village area. Be sure and enjoy some hot chocolate or any other beverage of choice as you enjoy the spectacle.
After making his way down the mountain, Santa then makes his way leisurely through the village area giving gifts to the children. To participate by donating a gift to be given out, contact the events office at Whitefish Mountain Resort.
